Was shopping for a new vehicle and had the worst experience ever with this dealership. Didn't get a good feeling when I waked in, and it just got worse from there, especially with Audi Kropp the sales person I got stuck with. Needless to say the sales manager wasn't much better. Didn't get his name ,and don't want to know his name. I just got so fed up with his pricing game ,and the insult on what these clowns wanted to give me for my trade in. I knew what my car is worth, I researched it on line, looked to me like they wanted to better than double their money on my trade in when they sell it . All I wanted was a good deal for the new vehicle and a fair trade in price for mine, they wasted our time with their money games, and incompetence, so I left and will never step foot in this dealership again.

Has the worst customer service out there. Service desk was very condescending and daunting. They called me to tell me my vehicle was done, when I called back wanted to know why I was calling. Had a 9 am appointment which I left my vehicle there over night. I was informed when I called they will get to it when they get to it, first come first serve???? So I have an appointment for WHAT?
Picked up my vehicle, horrid experience-asked for a manager none around, found out the Owner is in Sherwood Park at Go-Auto. Called and to date, hasn’t bothered to call back.
Oh yeah here’s the kicker, go through all that and 1 and ½ hours after I pick-up my vehicle. The service desk calls to tell me that I can come pick my vehicle up……… REALLY @ 1:15
