Note to the wise, this company is now called Tower Residential Cleaning. As a follow up to my review below, Lisa informed me that she was "very surprised' I was unsatisfied with my cleaning. If she actaully read the email I sent, it wouldn't be that much of a surprise. Took my money and ran. Terrible customer service, no wonder they had to change names, no one was hiring them.

I find it very intresting that all 5 star ratings are in about a month of each other,because my expereance was anything but 5 star!It's as if fussy budgets(keri,lisa)wrote them themselves.I won't go into to much detail,but I found them to be dishonest,and very rude(keri),also when I went to confront lisa about her dishonesty I was informed they didn't live at the address on their web page.(stange)!If someone were to ask if I would give fussy budgets a good review,I'd have to decline!Better yet I'd say run!(lock your doors first).

This business is completley un-professional...Never knew when they were coming in to clean my house and not once got a call saying they were or wern't coming to clean or cancel. I would stay away from these guys especially if you like to know when your getting stuff done...A Big Two Thumbs Down!!!

THREATENED ME over the phone. Enough said. Incredibly unprofessional, and given other ratings here even if only half of what is said about this business is true, it is enough to approach with caution -- better yet run the opposite way.

I was worried after reading some of the negative reviews here but Kery was so nice on the phone, I decided to give them a tryout. The woman who came to clean my house was new, it was her first week with Fussy Budgets but she knew what she was doing and did a great job. When she was finished she took out a checklist and made sure everything was done. One complaint, she had to call the office to see how much to charge me. I would still recommend their service. :)

I posted on here a couple months ago regarding a horrible cleaning experience I had with a cleaner who stole from my family.

Since then I hired Fussy Budgets after a referral from a friend.

This time I was smart and asked for a copy of their insurance, which they had no problem providing. They are also bonded, but I don't really know how that's different.

I have had them in weekly for about 2 months, and am very happy with the service. The cleanings hve been completed properly and consistently and I am very happy with my cleaner. I have found the office easy to deal with and have been able to pay online once when I forgot to leave a cheque.

I have recommended them to my sister in law and a friend.

There is a lengthy diatribe from my friend on here regarding a gift certificate she gave me. I would like to set the record straight! First of all, I played phone tag with them for over three weeks and they ALWAYS called me back, returning my messages. I wasn't feeling well because of my pregnancy and didn't know exactly when I could have them in, Keri warned me we were looking at their busiest time coming up but I never made an exact booking. My friend left me a cheque to pay them so I know for certain the "gift certificate" hadn't even been paid for yet! So, I don't blame Fussy Budgets one bit for any of this, I feel they did their best to book me in when my service hadn't been definitely booked or PAID for.

I had two cleans before Christmas because it was my turn to host the family dinner. We both work all the time and I hate housework. My house looked so good even my mother in law and sister in law had to notice! Thank you Fussy Budgets.

Every year my sister and I purchase a pre-Christmas clean for our parents in Calgary. The price has been the same for 3 years and even though it has been a different cleaner each year the result has been great. I wish they operated in Edmonton too!

I hired Fussy Budgets in Aug. of 2009 and I am thrilled with their service and pricing. I would highly recommend them and in fact I already have. My inlaws have them come in monthly now.

The girls who work for Fussy Budgets are the best! I have used quite a few different cleaning services in the past. They all start off okay but then slack off. Pretty soon I hardly see what i am even having them in for.
Fussy Budgets only charges me what the job took. I started off with a 4 hr cleaning and within 3 weeks, it was a 3 hour cleaning so I save an hour charge each time. That adds up! The price started out less than I was paying to a big maid company and then it got better.
And the job is always great. They don't skip things and they know just how I like my home cleaned and stuff put back. I have already recommeneded them at work to a couple of people.

I set up cleaning as a gift for my friend who was 40 weeks pregnant with 2 young children at home. I spoke with Fussy Budges several times to ensure they could do the job before I gave her the gift as a baby shower present.

My girlfriend called to schedule the cleaning the week of her due date as it was too difficult for her to clean. In the end they canceled on my friend and didn't both calling to reschedule. My friend left 3 messages to attempt to reschedule. When she finally reached them they told her they were not taking any gift certificate clients. (Interesting since they had scheduled her the previous week??) When I called to seek a remedy for the situation I was told they would not clean for her and I was treated with utter rudeness and disrespect.

I would NOT recommend this company to anyone - they are highly unreliable and unprofessional.

As a former employee of fussy budgets, I say employee,I have worked
and did the services they required at several houses. when it came time to pay (which was to be every Friday) they decided to not to pay me. now they say they will not pay me unless I sign some sort of contract to which I have no knowledge to what this would even read, So this I must say this is no way to do business
and truthfully I have kids the say age as Keri and would not tolerate the disrespect. By the way her words to me were go
F--- yourself. This is obviously does not adhere to anything their website states about managerial skills..... The only reason they are getting half a star is because I had to put something!!!!!!

After hiring FB in 03/10 and letting them go in 06/10, our company was rescheduled on 2 occations and cancelled on 2 occations the final one being today and told by Keri that she yet another personal problem and could not clean our home office... my response was well if you don't come next week - don't come at all and her response was well "lets just pull the plug now - then" - okay, I have never dealt with a company so un-professional in my entire career of 30 years.

fussy budget i do not recomend to anyone. I was missing stuff from my house and had called the company to see what they were going to do about the situation i was greeted nothing but rudeness from Kerri the owner. I think this company would be a poor choice for anyone.

I was not impressed with the Fussy Budgets Cleaning Company. My house was cleaned however it was the customer service I received from Kerri and Lisa that made me decide I would rather be treated with respect and dignity and pay more with another company than have to deal with them again.

My house was however clean when I got home, I do give them credit for that. But isn't that the reason why they were hired in the first place and cashed my cheque? I would not recommend this business to anyone due to the lack of professional integrity on the owner and managers behalf.
