I went to the store about 8:30 P.M. on January 12, 2022. The Clorox Foaming was on sale - if you buy 2 or more you pay $3 each otherwise it is 3.99. So I bought 2. I was charged 3.99 each. The cashier suggested to return them to Customer Service. So I did. Just for curiosity I went again to check the price and met there the customer service employee I just talk to. He tried to explain that the price includes the tax and make me look like I can't read the label. I can imagine how many customers payed higher price for this item. Very disappointed.

Everyday Thursday i always want to write a review about this lady for the three months i think every Thursday she is the customer service on the afternoon. She is really fine and so kind lady i always ask her name and she know that i really keep asking for help on her and her name is jamela. I wish all the lady that’s working in there is same attitude like her she really trained so well. I always adore this young lady because she really indeed so nice and kind and i wish the owner won’t let her go. Last time, i know that she really busy and i really need to find some items she directly lead me the way through the aisle and give me the item the I’ve been looking for and i was like thank you so much and I’m sorry I’m bothering and she said so dearly “it’s my pleasure to help you” I never met someone who said like that before. I wish this girl to be more successful and hopefully she will read it. So for mu suggestion the best time to come is Thursday in the afternoon.

I was in the store almost 5x a week to buy some groceries.Im so thankful with some staff that are helpful,but last Friday morning I did a shopping of of more than 300 dollars of groceries,i got some boxes and few recycle bags,only to find out after paying andpacking my stuffs that i need a plastic bag atleast 1,i ask the cashier which i think she is new and the costumers service guy with long hair if they could give me one plastic bag but instead they ask me to pay it, i dont have cash i used debit that time and for 10 cents,i need to pay with my card,which so unacceptable,so i left the store so upset because of a bit of favor being a costumer both of them never give 1 plastic bag.I hope they should look at the situation and be considerate.

Twice I went shopping to this store. And both times cashier provided awful customer service. I suggest to train cashiers so they don't yell at customers and know how to provide pleasant atmosphere, knowledgeable product service and just simply be polite.

There should be something wrong once you go for a quick shopping and you can find more than 3 different items (processed meat and diary products) with passed expiry date !
Its getting more ugly once you can see next to 50 to 60% of the items expired out of same category and the expiry date is about 40 days ago !!!

I will take a picture/video and upload it next time for sure ....

Their security guard at the entrance from the mall is very unprofessional and rude. He yelled at me for trying to get a cart from another customer who was returning it at the time. I gave my quarter dollar in exchange so that she doesn't need to put it back. But that guard yelled and even caught the attention of many shoppers. At that time there were more carts being pushed in to the lane which I didn't see it coming from inside the store. So I said, sorry I didn't see it coming, but why are you so upset. And he said, I am not upset! He said it still yelling. I said to him, but you are yelling at the woman, I said. He responded to me in a very rude manner and with arrogance, "I did not yell! You don't want me to start yelling because if I yelled your head may blew off! At that moment I went to see the manager and complained about the guard's attitude. Hoping they will act and discipline this man. Apparently, according to the manager, that was not the first time a customer complained about that guards' attitude.

The security guard harassed my mom because she appeared to have more than 12 items in her cart in the express line. My mom had exactly 12 items and told the security guard to count them. He told her to “Shut up”. I really wanted to ask him if he can count up to 12, but didn’t. I regret not asking him this. My mom told him to enforce the 12 items limit on people in line that obviously had more than 12 items, instead of picking on her. He told her to “Shut up” again. We talked to the manager and owner about this and we hope that he doesn’t work there anymore. He could have reminded all customers that the cashiers will only process the first 12 items placed on the conveyor belt.

On two separate occasion in recent months, my elderly aunt purchased some fresh fish from the fish counter, and asked the man to scale it for her. She continued her shopping and came back for it later, when she got home she noticed a fish was missing. The first time she let it go thinking maybe it was just an error on their part, but yesterday it happened again. It looks likes this No Frills employes thieves and scam artists that take advantage of the elderly and God knows who else. Buyer be ware!

Yesterday (12 Dec. 2013)I bought packet of Instant Oatmeal packet with Maple and brown sugar. It is my fault i didn't check the expiry date it was 14 oct.2013 when I opened small sachets the oatmeal has become like rock. I know I can return it but for that i have to spend more money for the bus fair. I wanted to let the management know about this and I called 4 times today no one to answer for customers just simply a recorded message. So people be careful what you buy there always remember to check the expiry date. I have no choice other than complaining to the Consumer protection Agency.

I was shopping a Carlos No Frills in the afternoon on Friday, October 10, 2013. I had to use the washroom. Carlos No Frills has a notice posted on the washroom door that shopping carts are not allowed in the washroom (not that I would want my groceries taken into the washroom). I left my cart next to the washroom door. When I came out of the washroom, I found my cart gone and all my groceries on the floor next to the washroom door. What does say about out society. No respect. My suggestion is to have cameras (same as Loblaws) to observe behavior such as this. I had to get another cart and I did not take the items that were thrown on the floor.

Witnessed an incident between the manager Richard (manager for this week as regular manager on vacation) and a senior citizen. Mr. Richard was extremely rude and disrespectful to the lady who never mind is a customer buying at his store but most importantly a person who could be his mother. I am disgusted by his behaviour & as a regular customer at this No Frills I find this behaviour & lack of professionalism off putting.

I have lived in this area for years now and have noticed the staffs attitude getting worse. Overall , its got a great selection and good deals. I would have given it a 5 but the staffs attitude brought it down to a 4.

Great store, excellent staff, super management, creative choice of groceries, good looking staff, based with the some level of professionalism, fruit staff always willing to help and I would like to apoligise to your staff for being rude.
My only problem is I do not know what time the store closes on Sundays.Could someeone please post this information please. I also wanted to suggest that the expand on your BULK FOODS I think this add to the sense of your store. Thank you for now.

I was there to day to buy a Nest coffee brand that was on special for $2.99 ,but nothing on the shelf as usual .
I end-up picking up a different brand,anyway I get to the cash to pay for my groceries,the cashier handing to a customer in front of me and who appeared to be her friend 2 bags of 10 bottles each of nest coffee brand ,I asked how can i get some too, she said sorry no more,i picked this earlier .I was mad and I said to her{I didn't know you suppose to know a cashier to get the special}.

I was in there the other day and among other things I picked up some berries. As I was leaving the produce area, an employee said to me(out of the blue) "those don't look so good sir, let me get you another package. Now that's service. Very clean and organized even compared to regular Loblaws stores. Prices are excellent.

Wow i was there yesterday for the first time. I've never seen a cleaner No Frills any where(I seen some one drop something on the floor and walk away an employee seen it and walk over right away and clen it up there staff must care). They cater to all types of people. They have a large selection of kosher, that you don't see out there. The quality of their produce is great for their lower prices. I must say it was a great shopping experience there.

the selection is great and so are the prices. 10,000 people die from starvation every day and you people complain about trivial %&*%$#@. Give it a rest and be thankful there are stores like this to provide us with an abundance of food.
