I have ordered from this company as well back in March, didn't receive the product I ordered and even changed my order because I bought the product in a store. Have still not received the products I ordered and no-one is returning my emails. Help anyone???? I used a VISA Debit card for my purchase!

I've got a vital message for anyone reading these reviews after waiting several weeks for the "in-stock" items you've no doubt already paid for: DO A CHARGEBACK ASAP. This "store" is a scam, one designed to lie and steal from people who give it even an ounce of trust. It's unbelievable that AS somehow appears in google searches next to its legit competitors, almost as unbelievable as the fact that it's been running for nearly a decade and that the owners haven't been charged with some sort of criminal offence. Six months without my order and I believe my money is pretty much gone; my last email to their support line went unanswered and now they've even taken their support down which makes them virtually unreachable.

Please, don't end up like me and get your money back from these crooks before it's too late. I'd give them negative stars if it was an option, as giving them half a star is like saying they're a real store with bad service rather than the internet scam they actually are.

DO NOT PAY MONEY TO THIS COMPANY. You may never see it again. I ordered an item from adultsensations.ca. Its been weeks and it still says its processing my order on an item that clearly said it was in stock. I came across this site and the reviews and quickly emailed the company to request information on my order. They have not responded. I am going to put in a Paypal dispute and I hope I get my money back :(

7 months after ordering and several exchanges with their support team, and NOTHING. They essentially stole our money.

If you order from AS you have to be mentally challenged or enjoy letting someone steal your money. I'm shocked they are still in business.

But you know what, I'll give them one last chance. Ship the product, heck ship me a bunch of vibrators, ANY vibrators, for the total we spent and I'll delete this review.

I am speechless as I read all the reviews... I wish I had done this before ordering from AS. It has been more than 7 months since I placed my order. All my attempts to get an explanation were met with the same lame excuse: the item I ordered was out of stock. The thing is it was never indicated as such when I placed my order. And AS categorically refuses to refund my purchase. The worse is their customer service. Nobody even cares to give me a real explanation. They don't bother to speak to you or keep you informed in any way about your order. I mean, 7 months!!!

Another tale to add to the growing list of comments about Adult Sensations. The only "sensation" I'm left with is anger. It's now been 7 months since I placed an order. So far I've received one of three items ordered. This took 4 months to arrive and came with a battery that expired in 2012! Several e-mails later (impossible to speak to a "live" human being) and still no product. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Oh boy! Yep same thing here. Worst Service ever! Same excuses out of stock, they even proposed a replacement product. The even confirmed that the order has shipped but I have been asking for a tracking number now for 3 weeks. Well they are unable to provide a tracking number. The service Team is not really responsive and are most of the time providing vague responses that leave you hanging. To the Management of the Adultsensation website. I am a real Customer, and you are not helping me get the products. What others are saying I am also living it. I have a countless number of support request and I am nont seeing any real progress, just excuses. If you would really care about your Customers, we would not see that many frustrated comments. I think you are trully a fraude. So instead of wasting your time monitoring this group and threatening, you should monitor your support cases and take things in the proper hands to solve the issues.

Ok quick update, the Support Staff have let my numerous questions and updates to the case gone unansered. So in the end I believe that all of the negative comments are true and that the good ones are bogus. I surely hope the Management Team still reviews the site, although I would urge them to review all open pending Support Ticket from Zendesk and see the situation. From my point of view, this is an horrible business that all should stay away from. In any case I started the process to claim with my credit card compagny and the Goverment fraud agency. Will find local stores in my area and buy direct in person.

I had a bad experience with Adult Sensations also and when I finally went to the competition (Pink Cherry), the prices were better and I received my order within 2 days. i could not believe the difference. DO NOT order from Adult Sensations.
Use Pink Cherry which is also a Canadian company.

The only sensation ''adult sensations'' gives me it's .......frustration !!!!

Order placed on June 18 and waited 2 weeks no goods. Email them and give them an additional week to complete my order otherwise refund the purchase in full amount. The same response like others: out of stock and will ship when available etc.

Open dispute on 7/3 and make claim on July 10. Paypal refund by July 20. I wished, I had deal with others stores avoid the hassles.

I'm still waiting 2 months for items that were said to be in stock. Company not allowing me to cancel my order, instead they will ship express...whenever they feel like it. It takes them a week to get back to me via email. I guess one-time suckers like me keep their business going. AWFUL.

After two months of waiting for my online order to ship and after several inquiries, I gave up and initiated a chargeback on my credit card.

My inquiries through their support channel resulted in finding out one of the items on my order was "out of stock" (despite it showing as in stock on the website - even 2 months AFTER being told it was out of stock!), and that they would not cancel or modify my order. I proposed reasonable alternatives but received nothing but "It's out of stock and orders cannot be cancelled as stated in our terms of service".

Just don't bother with Adult Sensations. You probably won't receive your order.

I've spent a lot of money on this site and have got horrible service multiple times. Why I kept going back, I do not know.... BUT I will never go back. They have countless products out of stock and don't bother to let you know till you place an order. They don't take returns and the customer service reps are straight out rude. DON'T GO HERE unless you like waiting a month+ for your order and paying for over priced products.

Oh gosh, I should've read these reviews before buying from adultsensations. The fine print is where they get ya. don't click "I accept" without reading on this one, folks!

I didn't receive my items after FOUR MONTHS, so I managed to get a charge back through my credit card, since apparently they do not "give any refunds" and though the website said 4 - 8 days for delivery, the fine print said it could be a LOT more than that.

Total bullshit. Try babeland or Come As You Are for quality, respectful, small business sex toys that are great for everyone!

Ordered once last year, order received after months of waiting and bugging customer support before it actually arrived.

Ordered agan in March 2013, noticed by end of May that order still hadn't shipped ("pending" on their site), emailed support to ask why. They reply "one item is out of stock" (not indicated on their website), so I ask them to ship what is available and refund the other item, they agree. Part of my order arrives finally near the end of June (3 months after initial order), and I have yet to receive my refund. Emailed support many times, always a new excuse. "Our payment company is down, only way we can refund you is via Paypal". No thanks.

Don't waste your time and money, this company is horrible.

I'm writing a review here for probably the first and last time because I'm fuming and I literally have no other place to express my outrage. In nearly a decade of fairly heavy online shopping from many stores for a multitude of different items, I have never been treated this poorly.

Yes, the horror stories are all true: buy from Adult Sensations and you can have the very adult sensation of buyer's remorse as your money travels right down the toilet. There's nothing quite like being billed for an "in-stock" item that somehow takes over two months (and counting) to get to your mailbox from a store in your own country. Sure, AS's competitors could've gotten me that same item in a few days, but that's no big deal. And hey, it's also great that at no point do they even bother letting you know what the hell is going on, because it's not like they owe you an explanation or anything right? At least I can just cancel my order and get a refund....oh no wait, that's apparently out of the question too for no reason whatsoever.

But you know, it's not all bad. Adult Sensations has really taught me something: working hard at a job is stupid. All you really need to do to make money is open up a business where people send you money and then you do nothing. It's fool-proof!

The star stands for minus stars, eg: -1 stars. The company doesnt deserve even one star! Do NOT order from ADULT SENSATIONS!! All bad reviews from customers are true!!! I ordered back in March 2013 and here it is end of May 2013 and I am still having problems! I ordered, items never stated they were out of stock. After the 4-8 days shipping time passed, and I saw 'order still processing' I inquired into my order. Countless run around received from the company and they do not issue refunds 'sorry that items wrote out of stock and they are waiting on them, order will be shipped when we receive them'. I went as far as mid April with the excuses contacted them once again, and only to hear the same old and that they do not refund! so I asked for a store credit to order something else. here it is end of May 2013 and there is no credit to my account! order is closed! I am mad! $124.11 has disappeared where? My money is gone and obviously I won't get it back? Where is the law and justice in this??? Is it possible for a class action lawsuit, since there are so many other customers dealing with the same theft from this company? or do we have to go about justice and getting our money back individually?

This company is awful. I have never in my entire life dealt with a company that was this bad.

It has now been a month and a half and still my order sits in processing. The company holds my money hostage refusing to give me a refund. The items that I ordered have shown "in stock" since my order was placed, and still I wait.

I have contacted their support staff and they are completely useless. When asking to cancel my order and for a refund they send back refusal responses. This is madness. I have filed a claim with the BBB, and suggest others do as well, as this company needs to change their business practices. If an item cannot be provided in a timely manner an option for a refund of the purchase price should be issued.

I agree with your assessment of this company. I've been waiting far too long for my items to be shipped. I only wish I had done my homework on this crappy company before I placed my order.

As far as filing claims with the BBB, I don't think this company really cares what their rating is because it still sits at an F. Unfortunately it seems that that this company keeps getting away with stealing people's money without providing the goods. I'm with a previous poster that suggests that people contact their local police to file a theft report. I would also suggest taking things a step further and contact a lawyer about possible legal options as well.

I filed a complaint yesterday with the BBB in BC. I don't care if they don't care but the BBB MUST be made of aware of their business practices. Anyone having issues with this company should do the same.

I also filed a complaint with Paypal even though I didn't not use them. As well, my bank is trying to secure my funds.

Perhaps the police would like to know too because in my opinion they are doing business fraudulently. I created my order on March 13 and I don't care to wait any longer.

I'M DONE! WE CAN'T ALLOW PEOPLE LIKE THIS TO CONTINUE DOING BUSINESS!!!

I wish I had typed "review adultsensations.ca" before making the order on
their site.

Here are the facts, by date:

03/13: I make a 105$ order on the website with my VISA card. I take care that
all the items are labeled "In Stock". My credit card is charged the day after
my purchase.

03/18: I open a ticket on their support system. I ask why the order is still
in "Processing" and when I can expect it delivered.

03/19: The support answers that regular post orders take up to 8 business
days. One of the items was out of stock and that was the reason I did not get
my order.

04/04: I open a new ticket asking if I really have to wait a month for things
that were "in stock" on their website.

04/04: Support answers that the item in question was still back order.

04/10: I open a new ticket complaining that it is really long for items that
are in stock. I ask for a procedure to get a refund.

04/11: Support answers: "Normally orders take up to 8 business days but this
can be delayed depending on product availability, as outlined in our terms
of service. Although we do not cancel orders your order will be shipped
as soon as the out of stock item is available. Thank you."

05/02: The order is still "Processing" on their website. No news and no order
delivered. The item that is back order is still "In stock" on their website. I
open a new ticket stating that the order is nearly two months old. I ask if
there is another way to get a refund even if they already mentionned they
don't cancel orders. I suggest refunding the product I have not even received,
thinking I may get away with a 15% restocking fee and so paying 15$ to learn
the lesson of checking reviews of websites before ordering.

05/03: Support thanks me again for my patience. They insist that "...orders cannot
be cancelled or refunded." They offer an alternative product similar to the one
I ordered. I hesitate to accept and decided to wait a couple of days. I would
really prefer what I ordered than the older version of the product.

05/10: I shop on their site, looking for other products I may be interested in
up to the price I paid for the item that is back order. I open a new ticket
with the products I want to try to replace the item preventing my order from
shipping.

05/13: Support responds: "Our warehouse is currently closed for the evening.
I will check the stock levels and I will reply to let you know."

05/15: Support responds that one of the replacement items is out of stock. I
made sure it was "In Stock" on their website when I selected it.

05/16: I respond that I will take the old version of the product that was
suggested May 3rd instead. Now, my order should be complete.

05/19: Support responds: "Thank you, we will change this on your order and ship."

05/22: I receive an e-mail confirming the shipping of my order.

05/24: The Canada Post tracking indicates it received the shipping information
at 2013/05/23 19:32 and that the current location is "MISSION".

I will post details on my order when it I receive it.

I think what frustrate me the most is that the mention of "In Stock" for items
does not represent reality. It is not only a mistake because even when I
mentioned, more than once, that the item is still "In Stock" on their
website, they did not change the mention. So other people may order the
same item I did and will have to wait or change their order.

They would probably lose many sales if their "In Stock/Back Order" status
would be accurate because they don't seem to have most of what is shown on the
website ready to ship. I think that advertising products that you don't have
available and refusing to refund is far from honest. It traps people and force
them to choose alternate products instead of having shopped where their choice
was available in the first place.

I've been waiting close to three months for my items. It shouldn't take a company three months to get in a new shipment of out of stock items. Unfortunately it's too late for me to really do anything other than recommend to potential customers to run far away from this joke of a company. I hope that one day I will see the items I've purchased and that I'm still young enough to use them.

So I found there site randomly through a google search, I placed my order relatively quickly. Nothing fancy but I did make an error in entering my email address. I did try calling them but I guess when your leaving such long messages, responding isnt as easy we would think. They did however reply to my support ticket, and created a new password for me, along with informing that my order was out of stock. Obviously that happens with any company, I worked for a wedding company even they ran out of the most important things every once in awhile. Regardless I was upset that they didnt offer a refund, and didnt have a real date to tell me when things will come. If you approach a company being pissed off, you cant expect the company to be nice to you. Overall, I asked them to send me a list of similiar products they did have in stock, and in the end I recieved my stuff in a couple days - and it was only a wait because of the weekend postal service. So they arent frauds who just keep money cause if that was the case they would not have sent anything or told me what they have. There terms are different and thats fine. So for those who have not recieved products or refunds but want something similiar, try and ask them for similiar products which are availble. And for the company support team, if a customer item is a out of stock, try and inform them of what you have available. Also support staff deal with alot overall, so the policies they have to not deal with rude customer, no matter what its still a person behind the support system and they have set rules to follow. Another option for customers is to find out if the items are in stock before purchase, that way it wont be a issue. Oh and the products were sent properly packed, and good qualitiy - no smells or anything like that..which I have heard happens with other companies. And they were discreet, with there shipping. Every company has issues, it doesnt make them frauds and crooks. Anyways, in the future if I need something I would probably go back....

I don't think this company is fixable or redeemable. They have a horrid BBB score (an F) for good reason. They get the same complaints over and over again, and when the support staff does weigh in they either don't believe and accuse the person of lying or being a competitor.

This company will steal your money, plain and simple. They are fraudsters, thieves, and liars.

Just out of the responses that ASSUPORT has posted it is clear what their opinion of their clients is!

"I am so tired of you people reposting the same complaints." - Well, yes that would be tiring. Have you thought about FIXING THE PROBLEMS associated with the repeated complaints? Obviously that may be a place to start.

"If you are actually real customers. You provide NO real data," - This one goes hand in hand with the next one

"And you wonder why our lawyer is looking into the reviews" - You tell people they should provide you with details, then later state publicly that you are going to attempt legal action against people for posting negative reviews. No shock there that no one wants the hassle of fighting off a frivolous lawsuit.

But my favourite thing that I have seen is that ASSUPPORT rated the "GREAT SITE WE KNOW WE RUN IT" as 4.5 stars. Even they aren't delusional enough to rate it 5 stars.

I think the support member that posts on here is a bit delusional to think their company is well run. I've been waiting nearly two months for my order with very little answers from the support staff. I keep hearing oh it will be in stock next week or its being held up in customs. I'd rather be told the truth instead of being strung along with poor excuses.
