I gotta put my 2 cents in after seeing how many bad reviews there are. Ive ordered from pinkcherry multiple times. Ive always been completely happy with everything! They ship it fast, within a few days Ive received my orders. They discreetly package it and it appears on your credit card as a discreet name. The products are good quality. When stuff is on sale, its completely reasonably priced. Ive found my ABSOLUTE favorites. I have no complaints about this company at all and would recommend them to everyone. I'll keep purchasing from here for sure!

Customer support responses felt generic and dismissive, relying on copy-paste replies instead of addressing real concerns. This raises serious questions about transparency and trust.

I received 11 items, and all of them were either extremely poor quality or outright defective. There is essentially no real customer service, and the support that does exist feels unresponsive and unreliable. Do not be misled by the high ratings—those reviews appear to be fake. I strongly recommend shopping elsewhere, as this company has proven to be very disappointing and untrustworthy.

Ordered a $1200 product and received a defective unit. Customer service gave copy-paste replies and ignored clear photos showing the issue. Still no refund or replacement. Avoid this Pink Cherry company if you expect support or accountability.

My friend recommended Jessica 850 313 7241 for me since I was looking for full service with some body massage, she works at this spa, I texted her and she replied immediately then explained their procedure of getting their manager approval because they don’t accept walk-in anymore, I did it and got approved then went there at my appointment time and she welcomed me took me inside a clean room then rendered amazing full service and ended the session with nuru massage. Jessica is very good and professional. I highly recommend her

Bought the Baby Nubby Mini Wand from them. Only lasted like two months, and it suddenly quit working. And it's quite obvious that they cherry pick their reviews to make all their failed products seem like great buys.

I had placed my order on 19th May 2020. I haven't received it yet, even after 12 days. The tracking number has constantly been saying pending status. Worst experience ever. I have mailed the company as well. No response. Do not waste your time and money on this. I need a refund.

Very disappointing.

The packaging was not at all discrete, and we are embarrassed. I ordered a product from them for my significant other and sent it to her home. Due to quarantine, she lives with her parents, and pink cherry assured us that all packaging would be discrete. It was not at all. There was no cardboard box around the box of the vibrator, so the delivery person, her brother, and her parents all saw a bring pink box with a massive image of a vibrator in their mailbox when they went to check. I attached a picture of how it arrived at their door. Besides how unsanitary this is, considering the product is meant to enter her body, it is tremendously embarrassing. Her family is not sex-positive, and we trusted that PinkCherry would keep our purchase from prying eyes. I will never purchase from this company again, and I suggest you don't either, as they can't be trusted. The package also delivered 5 days late.

I sent a complaint to the customer service department, and I will update this review once they reply, if they find a way to make it up to us.
