I have finally gotten around to sending you a note about the terrific snow removal job you’re doing for my mom this year. As a senior citizen who is no longer able to do this work, she is thrilled with the attentive and prompt service your company has been providing. It has been a challenging winter weather wise this year, but you have always attended to her snow removal with quickness and care. She commented how even yesterday with the horrible icy conditions on the roads, you were there to take care of her driveway when maneuvering around traffic was a challenge everywhere in the city.
She refers to you as her “snow fairy” with much fondness and appreciation for your work. Thank you for taking care of her driveway and sidewalks the way she did when she was able to do it on her own. She is one very happy customer, and we as her kids appreciate your service for her. We will definitely renew again with you next year.
