This company has the most incompetent disorganized people looking after their customers. Proper training should be given to their staff in order to intelligently answer questions. Don't bother trying to find out or plan what day they are coming for applications, as the standard answer is "your route is scheduled in the next week" and if you push for more information you'll be told in the next 3 days, but not see them until they are good and ready. I was constantly having to call to see why each application was not yet performed since the seasons were changing before they were done. They performed a chinch bug inspection and reported to water my lawn but did not apply the insect control that I paid for at that time. I had to call them the next day to get the control performed since the browning areas were crawling with chinch bugs, but even this took 1 week to address as they sent someone out to re-assess, without any control product, and then scheduled the application. I paid this company in Full at the beginning of the year and recieved the worst service I've ever had from any company. Good Luck to you that do not heed my warning about this company!

I don't understand what happened. I have been using them for 4 years now and have had a great experience. They are always very friendly and are more than happy to come out and resolve any problems. My experience was no there near as bad as you seem to make it!

CRIMINAL!!!!!! This is the most dishonest, irresponsible and incompetent company which whom we have ever dealt. While our weed control was pathetic this summer after being charged for weeds to be eliminated from our property, we were told by Weed Man representatives that it was the time of year (July) when we could expect many weeds. We were billed anyway. Then we were told that the effective weed control products were on back order from Europe and that the products they were using were ineffective. We were billed anyway. Then Weed Man paid us three 'pretend' visits. They charged us for three varied weed and fertilizer applications at three different times but never actually showed up. Finally, they showed up at the end of October after several frosts to fertilize, just in time for the snow. Throughout the summer, we made several requests for a manager to come and inspect our lawn. No one ever arrived. When we called several times to speak to a manager, we were told all managers were in a meeting. Their products are useless, there is NO customer service and they have no regard for honesty. Shame on you, Weed Man.
