Total Duct Cleaning

We had very bad experience with this company last year. They did a poor job on cleaning the ducts, and we noticed later that they only did half of the house, only cleaning one of the two main vents. Originaly they said it will be $120, but when they arrived they asked for $200. They were also supposed to clean the furnace, but they were not competent doing the job.After a month, we took appart one of the vents because I would still smell dust, and surely it was full of dust and woodchips inside. We ended up calling an other company to do the cleaning again.
Also very unprofessional people, after the bad experience, they are still trying to get our business, calling a few times a day, with different phone numbers, very rude and pushy.

These guys dont know how to clean ducts properly. They just came and blew air into the vents and did not scrub the vents with brushes as i asked them to do. Their service and level of professionalism was very low. They tried to upsell me products and services when their technicains arrived. I would not recommend this company.

This company sucks! Our house almost caught on fire because of this companies service.

First they cold called us with telemarketing and said they charged $120 for the whole house duct cleaning. After they compleleted the job they said the job was soo dirty that they need more money and harassed my wife for more money.
My wife ended up paying them $20 more for disinfecting the ducts.
The disinfectant that they used caused my ducts to rust.
Secondly they filter they installed got caught in the fan motor next day and was grinding down. We had to spend $150 extra to get a licensed hvac technician to come fix the problem. They HVAC technician told us that duct cleaning was not done properly. They also did not put back the grills back properly.

Total Duct Cleaning phoned me today even though I'm on the no call list. The person explained that they are exempt from the no call list because having ducts cleaned is a health issue and I should be happy they are calling. I told him I wanted my # removed from their list. About 5 minutes later, I received another call from this company. I was told the same information. I filled out a complaint on the no call list website. I did not use their services but based on their unprofessional phone calls I would stay away from this company.
