My house has never been more beautiful! The team works endlessly to make sure you are happy and all pricing was done honestly and there was never any pressure to go over your budget. After seeing the design we decided to do more than we originally planned because we knew we could trust them 100%. The design team works with the project managers and contractors making sure everything is done completely and properly, no headaches for you as the homeowner. I highly recommend anyone thinking of doing a reno contact Parkyn and see the difference from the first consultation.

Tania and her team are the most professional team we have ever worked with. They just understood our vision perfectly, and we always felt in control. Every discussion was clear and transparent. Parkyn Design has been one of the best experiences I have had in a renovation project! Why? Tania and team are always so prepared and transparent with what to expect. It starts with the planning phase. Creating a look book through Houzz allows Tania and team to understand your personal style. From there, the magic happens. Parkyn Design has helped me create my dream home. It has surpassed all of my expectations! Tania has a unique ability to understand her client from budget to style. She works to ensure that you are involved in every step of the way. Making decisions in a large project can feel overwhelming, but her team chunked it down into gettable bites and explains the process and decisions in a way that you can just 'see it' before you have confirm. I would highly recommend Parkyn Design.

Our family would like to thank the entire team at Parkyn Design in guiding us through the build process. This firm does not miss a beat, they think of everything. Tania knew our likes and taste even before we did. Every colour that she picked flowed throughout the entire home. Having Parkyn Design team work with us saved us many hours shopping around for tiles, bath fixtures countertops and so on. I can honestly say we only went to a tile store one time only. Younhee did an amazing job creating the bathrooms. Renee picked out brilliant light fixtures throughout the house. Our window coverings by Julie finished off the rooms. Our built in millwork was designed by Emma, and everything exceeded our expectations. Laura put together a furniture layout plan for us as well. Tania tied everything together to turn a house into our home. The entire team is truly dedicated to their client.

I just wanted to say thank you - I can’t tell you how refreshing it is to have contractors and trades in that are professional and know what they are doing. Suleiman and everyone that he has working for him and everyone that has come through the house have been fantastic. Nice to know that you can actually do things in a house without total chaos and mistakes everywhere!
We have loved being in the house this weekend. Woke up both days and just walked around taking it all in. Everyone that has visited have been blown away. You guys are amazing. If we ever decide to build again I would want Parkyn there from day one!
