Priceless Bridals

Not accountable for their poor product, bridesmaids dresses came extremely late, faulty fittings and overpriced dresses compared to stores down South.
Would not recommended this store at all. Go to Lindgrens!

I have had conflicting experiences with Priceless Bridals. The first experience was a private appointment for my friend, whom I am a bridesmaid for. We all gathered to assist with picking her dress and making the most of her special day. We received the appropriated attention every bride should receive when making that kind of decision. Since the first experience was a success I had suggested Priceless Bridals to another friend, whom I am the maid of honor for. This experience was a disaster!!! We had made an appointment through email stating that we were traveling from out of town. The appointment was made for a Saturday. We arrived early for our appointment and out of courtesy of the other brides waited in the lounge area until it was our appointment. 15 minutes after our appointment should have commenced we were being ushered into a packed show room. All of these brides were booked at the same time. My bride then went on to show the consultant which style of dress she preferred. Additionally, had stated that she had been in accident and was not comfortable showing her scars. The owner then laughs it off and states “Oh, you are a tomboy like me”. Little did she know that it was a life threatening accident and showed no empathy towards the preferences the bride was stating. There were at least 4 other brides and bridal parties in the small show room. At one point our bride was asked to wait in the back of the line to view her dress. Our consultant was just as inconsiderate and only pulling dresses that she liked and was upset when the bride didn’t like them. Essentially the consultant was forcing her into a style she did not want. Our bride then decided to leave 20 minutes into the appointment. Our bride left in tears and I was left in the showroom with the bride’s mom, as we overheard the consultant and other staff gossiping about our leave. We were confronted by the owner who demanded to know what the problem was and was insisting we tell her, even though we stated that its fine we would just prefer to leave. In front of a busy showroom and a lounge area of awaiting brides the confrontation began. The bride’s mom and I stated that there were too many people booked for such a small area. The owner then stated “Well how else would we make money”, and that she would of made a private appointment had she have known we were travelling out of town. In which we did state in the email when booking the appointment. On top of all of this experience, the owner contacted the first bride (unrelated to the previous events) to tell her that the price she quoted for the dress was wrong and that her calculator had calculated the dress price incorrectly and that the bride now owed $250 more than what the receipt stated. The service received here was unprofessional, inconsiderate and rude. Every bride should be treated with respect and courtesy but above all else should have a fun and memorable experience. I would never recommend this place to another friend as I had previously due to the terribly customer service from all staff and the owner.

THIS LITTLE STORE IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST LITTLE BRIDAL SHOP I HAVE BEEN TO ANYWHERE IN THE NORTH! GREAT SLEECTION, FANTASTIC SERVICE! HARD TO FIND AT FIRST, BUT WELL WORTH IT!
I BOOKED DURING THE WEEKDAY AND I HAD THE PLACE ALL TO MY SELF. THAT IS HOW THEY SERVICE , 1 AT A TIME EXCEPT FOR EVENINGS AND SATURDAYS. NO PRESSURE, WELL EDUCATED ON THE DRESSES, FABRICS AND GREAT ADVICE. CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THIS LITTLE GEM IN THE SOUTHEND! THANKYOU GIRLS FOR HELPING ME FIND THE RIGHT GOWN!
