Sun Valley Limousine

The vehicle we booked for our wedding through Sun Valley Limousine showed up 20 minutes late, with no phone call or explanation. The interior colors of the vehicle were completely different to what was advertised online. This would not have been an issue if it weren't so run down and dirty on the inside. The vehicle was advertised as "NEW NEW NEW" and the owner assured me there would not be a nicer vehicle in the Okaganan. The interior was rundown and dirty - stains on the ceiling, peeling seats, sound system did not work.

The OWNER refused to speak to me after the wedding regarding these issues and HUNG UP THE PHONE when I called. This company is more expensive than most others in Kelowna and the quality and cleanliness of the vehicles do not match the price.

I am so happy that we booked our limo service for our wedding through Sun Valley. The cars were even more fabulous than what we were expecting and we all loved our driver. She was on time, courteous and very helpful. I think the limo ride was my mother's favorite part of the day. Thanks again and I highly recommend to anyone looking for limo services.
