Awful service. Our appointment was at 2:00 pm on Saturday, arrived at 1:56 and the new guy who apparently just started working there said he informed the barber while actually he didn’t because he couldn’t find her inside. We waited for 15 minutes and no one came to get the dog. The barber finally came to see if we cancelled just to find out we have been waiting for 15 minutes. We asked for short on the body and they cut just a little bit and when we asked to cut shorter, the same new guy was so rude and ignorant, asked me to schedule another appointment for December and pay again for the service while they didn’t do the length we asked for. Just an awful service and experience. Will never go back there again!!! Specially as long as this new guy still works there. He needs training on how to deal with customers and how to address their request. Irresponsible management too because I asked for a call and the manager, Kate, never called to address our concern. We paid $85 for nothing

I bring my (massive) golden retriever here for grooming. He's not an easy dog to groom, but the groomers are amazing and do an amazing job every time, and are more affordable than other places I've been! Would highly recommend 🙏

Lilly always knows where to go when we get here and is all smiles and wiggles when she sees her groomer Amanda who is the absolute best! She looks like a completely different dog when she’s all done! Thanks Amanda!
They also have some food items here that I haven’t seen in other pet stores which makes it interesting if you’re looking for different treats for your dog! See you again soon!

Brought my Pomeranian in for his first grooming. Was very pleased with how he turned out, he got a very nice cut, nail trim and bath - he smells so good!!! The groomer took about 2 and a half hours and all for a reasonable price. I will definitely be back.

We use Danika to groom our pure bred Doberman. She is amazing. He gets very excited when he sees her, runs to the back and jumps up on the grooming table. The entire staff is amazing. The owner is great. This video is proof of the excellent service you get. Keep in mind this was just a nail trim. Who wouldn’t be excited when you get this kind of attention. Thank you for always taking such great care of Loki. 🤍
