Total Scam!! Do not use!! They are willing to take the money but cannot deliver. Cannot get anyone to return calls and will not give out their phone number. Will be calling the better business bureau as well as the government. Completely dropped the ball, paper work is a mess. So sad for our overseas nanny who has lost her savings becUse of this company.

The most dishonest people I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. We paid them 1,500 up front, we still don't have our nanny that we want to recruit from Dubai. Her visa was turned down because the LMO expired because of delays caused by their inefficiency to write put forward the correct name and our poor nanny still stuck in Dubai and they conveniently are no-contactable.

I'm $1200 poorer and no closure to finding suitable childcare. Prior to engaging Elite Care, I specifically specified my requirements: 4+ year childcare experience, stong swimmer (for safety, we have a pool) and willing to do house work when children are in pre-school. "No problem" I was told...they just don't deliver. Was provided many non-swimming candiates, candidates with occassional babysitting experience, non-English speaking candidates (can't communicate with children in Enghlish) then was lectured about my swimming requirement as being 'illegal'. Save your money and time...go elsewhere. Big scam.

Elite Care charges their overseas nannies up to $5000.00 and then leaves them hanging if there are any delays or issues with processing their visas often never phoning them back again and definitely not refunding their fees. This means they leave Canadian families hanging too with no nanny for months and months and no service. They are ripping off Canadians and exploiting women from developing countries.

A complaint has been filed against them and we still have not heard from anyone after our nanny's visa was declined. No one has been in touch with us and we paid our FULL fee! A scam!

I filed a complaint about their services with the Better Business Bureau and this agency failed to respond.

We called Elite Care just about month ago and they were very helpful. I spoke with one of their consultants and they explained me all the hiring process in details. I paid the 1st payment only when few candidates were chosen. Then we interviewed couple of candidates over the phone. There were some nannies who did not like to work for us as we have 4 kids but the agency was very helpful, and kept offering me new candidates every time. At one point we wanted to give up but as the contract was signed and Elite Care was assigned to FIND a nanny no matter what and when, we did not give up.
Then we came across Marias profile from Peru. We liked her a lot and she felt the same. Now the agency is doing all the paperwork and we will have to pay the 2nd payment later. We are very pleased with Elite Care.

We signed up with Elite Care Canada few months ago and it was too expensive to keep our kids in daydare. They had many nannies to choose from, that we interviewed the next day. Some of them where in Canada, some abroad. We chose a nanny that did not pay any fee to the agency and also for us it was only around $1,000 compared to other agencies that were asking 3 times more. We are very happy with our nanny and kids just love her. Elite Care helped us with all the questions and paperwork we had on the way. We were even given 2 year guarantee!

Great agency but they charge our nanny over $3000 to be placed with us. We also payed just over $1000.

I hired a nanny from Elite Care Canada. They took the time to evaluate my needs and were able to find exactly what I was looking for. The personality check and criminal checks were done for me, of course I could do my own interview as well. What a relief!!! They are wonderful to work with. They answered all my questions. They even went to the extent of giving me information I didn't even know I needed. The agency is truly client orientated.

I had the chance to work with Elite Care. Their professionalism is exceptional. Great customner service and, of course, they provided me with the best nanny.
