Made a purchase nearly a month ago. NO shipping confirmation what-so-ever. Request a refund and no fucking response. Totally a scam and rip off, dont order from them. Will sue them for sure

It's a rare occurrence to find a company that's utterly staffed with incompetent customer service representatives(that's if you want to be generous enough to state that this awful company actually have a Customer Service Department)and lacking in scruples; But no worries, BestVibe will be happy to serve that role!

They didn't mention that it would take damn near 30 days for my order to be delivered. Actually, it's been over 30 days since I've placed my order and the imbeciles at this company keep on repeating the same thing for 2 weeks now: "It's going through customs". For 2 weeks? Really? Ughh, the stupidity.
Don't waste your time and energy on this burning shitheap of a company.

Unreliable business. Sure the prices are great when you shop around but after 14 days my item still hasn't arrived and they don't let you know what's going on. I called and emailed multiple times for an order status - they NEVER respond.
DO NOT order from this place.

Ordered item and have waited nearly a month, the item has still not arrived. Do not order from this site unless you want to lose your money. I have contacted them through their website and paypal but still no response.

I love this shop! It has a great selection of Fleshlights for a Canadian Site... Shipping is not as fast as Amazon.. but they have better prices and they accept paypal.

I can't believe some of the sex toys and bondage gear they carry...sex machines etc... and their prices are great..!
