THEY SHOULDN'T HAVE A LICENCE TO OPERATE. WATCH OUT FOR ILLEGAL PAPER WORK AND VEHICLES THAT ARE NOT WHAT THEY SAY THEY ARE. MAKE SURE YOU DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH ON EACH VEHICLE. THE SALES PEOPLE ARE USELESS AND ARE ONLY THERE FOR THE MONEY, THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER AT ALL.
