TRANS MOVING TORONTO

In general, I was satisfied with the work of the manager and the team of movers. The latter worked quickly and smoothly for almost 8 hours without a break. Everything necessary was disassembled and correctly assembled in a new place. Not a single thing is lost or damaged.
I give four stars for the organization of the assessment of the volume of upcoming work - it was carried out during a telephone interview. Unfortunately, as a result, I had to pay much more than I expected. Therefore, preliminary work of a specialist on the spot is necessary.

100% DO NOT recommend Trans Moving. If you want a nightmare move, a company that has ZERO care for your belongings? Then book with this company. My items were picked up March 22nd for a move from Toronto to Edmonton. I inquired when my items would be delivered and l was told by (Daria) that it took about 2 weeks to deliver. Once l booked l inquired about the delivery window again and the GM (Yuri) advised delivery would be 1st week of April for my items. It all went downhill from there. The 1st week of April came and went and my items where not delivered and zero communication from the company about delays or anything. I sent a follow up and was advised the items would now be delivered the week of the 10th of April and Yuri noted in his email I would be contacted and notified a day before delivery. Now we're on April 18th and l still haven't heard anything. I sent over an email in the early morning of the 18th and Yuri responds telling me delivery would be done that day (18th) in the afternoon and I would be called with the exact time. Keep in mind this is less than the day notice he had advised l would get. Even 12 hours notice would have worked, but we went with it. So we prepared for the "afternoon" delivery Yuri had noted in his email. We patiently waited and next thing it's 6pm EST and still no word on the supposed afternoon delivery. At this point we had been waiting and when l called and spoke to Yuri voicing my valid frustrations not only was l told he didn't email me saying the delivery would be done in the afternoon, but now delivery could happen even the next day. Notice how my delivery times kept on changing everytime l inquired...if l had not made any inquires l would have had zero communication from Yuri. Now to make matters worse...l receive a call from Yuri's driver at 9pm EST (7pm in Edmonton) and he's talking about he's now driving from Calgary to Edmonton and will be making a delivery maybe in 3 hours...so after 10pm in Edmonton. The lack of professionalism and communication really sealed it in, a delivery after 10pm at night...with 3 hours notice...insane. we opted not to wait for a late night delivery considering the ever changing delivery times...we weren't about to wait till late in the night for a delivery that likely would not have made it anyway. The next morning when delivery was to be made the driver showed up on his own (no helper) when l booked this service l had inquired and advised that delivery was to a house and all items would need to go to a basement and l was assured with was fine. A team would be doing the pick up and drop off. Not only was it just the driver who showed up, he was not prepared. My family watched the driver offload other clients items (to get to mine) from the truck and dumped them onto the snowy muddy ground. You would think the company would have runners, Tarps etc to properly protect and care for their clients belongings...no, that was not the case at all. My couch was received scrapped up and my 6 drawer chest was not only scrapped up it was broken by the driver. Again this was one person who was assigned to offload heavy pieces of furniture. No compensation what so ever and my family was also stuck moving items due to the lack of personnel that arrived to offload my items. What was the point of paying for movers and their manual labour if they don't do what they are paid for... This company is very much ripping people off and providing false information to its customers just to get them to book with them. They will mishandle and break your items and not compensate you, and expect you to do manual labour. Not only was my stuff mishandled but my family watched as they mishandled other clients items that were in the delivery truck. Voice any concerns and you will be met with rude responses for their lack of regard of your belongings, lack of communication and professionalism. Do not waste your money booking, save yourself the stress and nightmare. I now have to replace my chest that was damaged by the driver with no compensation. Find a different company!!!

It’s just sucks that companies like trans moving aka easy moving Still operating.
I hired them to do a moving job from Toronto to Florida(Bedroom and Dinning room).
All they cared about is taking a deposit before giving you further details.
They didn’t arrive on time as promised.
Check this out…. They sent a truck with 1 driver no helper!!!!! Minimal tools.
We had to help the driver(in his late 60) off load the truck and bring it to our condo. we paid them over $3000 for delivery, full setup and removal of packing.sadly it didn’t happen.
The only thing they did was driving the furniture from Toronto to Florida.
We had to help the one driver to bring the furniture up. They didn’t setup a single item due to luck of experience and minimal tools. They didn’t unpack the furniture, they didn’t remove the packing.
They took ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY!!
We had to do it all by ourself.
Shame on them!!
Never again. It’s sucks that I have to write a bad review on a company.
But this is a true story that I had to share.
Don’t hire this company!!!

When we had to move, the most important thing was making sure everything got done without damage. They handled our initial contact by getting the furniture into place with their professional movers and carefree attitudes.

I was extremely impressed by the customer service and efficiency of this moving company. They made my move as stress-free as possible, meaning no worries about anything being broken or lost on their end! I will most definitely be using them again in the future.

The movers were fantastic! They handled our move from the initial contact to removing and storing all of our belongings. When they returned it, not a single thing was damaged--they even had protective padding on their hands so there would be no injury during this process! A great experience in every way possible !!!

These guys really know how to make things easy. The team cooperated during this process and acted friendly towards each other, which created an overall great atmosphere throughout - nothing can be better than having professional people around doing hard work for me.

They were the best company that I have ever used! They made my move stress-free and really quick. The movers are so nice, expert, and courteous - they did a phenomenal job with delicate furniture too.

They promptly gave me an estimate for the move, which I found very valuable because it allowed us to plan accordingly with what furniture we had available. In addition, the guys worked quickly but carefully throughout our home-moving process without breaking any items or getting dust all over everything!!

I can't believe how wonderful our move was with these movers! They took great care of us, and everything arrived in perfect condition. The gentlemen that came to pick up the things were so friendly, and they even helped carry some things upstairs for me - what an excellent service!!

These guys are complete scammers. Beware! Do not book from them. They came 4 hours late. I spent the whole day waiting for them to show up. When I asked them why they were 4 hours late, they casually asked me if I want to proceed or cancel. Are you kidding me obviously I still need to move! They took 6 hours for a one bedroom move and I don't even have that much furniture! In terms of furniture I literally have one bed, one sofa, a desk and some small furniture like nightstand, etc. Everything was also already disassembled so they had very minimal work to do. The rest were all in boxes. They intentionally dragged it out for as long as they could and were still not finished moving my things at midnight. When we weren't monitoring them, they were wasting time hanging around by the truck. They scratched the walls and floors at my new place while moving. When I spoke to Yuri who I believe is the owner, telling him I'm not paying for 6 hours to move a one bedroom when they intentionally wasted time, he casually told me they would take the rest of the belongings to their storage unit and keep it hostage until I pay!! So basically these guys are running a scam and holding people's possessions hostage until you pay them what they demand. They will rip you off they don't care. DO NOT BOOK THESE GUYS IT WILL BE YOUR WORST NIGHTMARE.

DO NOT use Trans Movers if you value your time or belongings. Not only did it take them over 12 hours after pickup to arrive at the destination, there was NO communication whatsoever throughout the day to let me know what time they would arrive. We had to wait all day for them to finally show up at 11 pm, which would have been fine had they let us know, but every time I called I was told they would be arriving “soon”. When they got to my house, they damaged my massage chair and the movers even admitted they did not wrap it correctly. They told us to send an image of the damage to Yuri (the owner) explaining the situation, as he mentioned in the initial quote that it included insurance up to $25,000. He never responded to my messages or calls and we never heard from him again. Avoid this company at all costs.

The usual inexpensive moving company. We use their services for the 3rd time. As always, everything is fine.

I fixed up a last-minute moving appointment with Trans Moving Toronto. The guys have done an amazing job of moving us to Montreal. I highly recommend this company!

Both the guys did an exceptional job getting items moved from one location to the other and made sure to be very careful not to scratch our walls.  They were on time and very professional.  I would definitely use Trans Moving Toronto in the future.

Trans Moving Toronto is awesome! They were able to accommodate us within a day and very impressed with how organized everything so perfectly. These guys were awesome on the day of the move. They made excellent use of their strength in getting my 2-bedroom apartment moved in about 4 hours. Would use them again for sure!
