I worked 7 months with this company, and only god knew why I stayed that long. A complete mess! Every review is accurate! Give it up already SSuite or stop taking on so much work load!

ya they are not great they haven't even payed me yet don't know why work was done think they been spending the money there were getting from the owners of the properties and now got to fine the money to pay me not good. no one should work for them don't even do anything for property s.suite

I have lived at an S. Suite property for just one month now and they are absolutely horrible. It is impossible to get ahold of anyone. The building was originally very nice but is falling (fast) into disrepair- broken windows, garbage all over, dirty entrances. We have had so many concerns and not a single person has been able to help us. I am filing with the Landlordand Tenant Board. Stay far away from S. Suite.

Brutal service--very hard to get a hold of by both owner (myself) & tenants. Monthly deposits were late, unexplained expenses that pop up frequently & general indifference. Save yourself the hassle & stay away.
