Charged me $450.00 for 3 hours labor to install a new flat metal outside door with cat door. $150.00 an hour!? Total bill $666.00. The cat door was installed backwards. I had to take it off and put in on the correct way. The sweep on the bottom was screwed in too far to one side and rubs the door frame. Seems like a 1 man outfit. Not part of the Better Business Bureau for a reason.. Not affiliated with Van Isle Windows or any of the other Van Isles out there. Wouldn't recommend..

all and all I was happy with the door installation EXPECT for the completely rude and unwarranted borderline frightening angry attitude of the service person/installer when he left after he was paid.
