I met Terry from rides for brides at the bridal show back in 2011 at Durham College in Oshawa. Terry had promised me a professional courteous driver and that is exactly what I got! My husband and I were married in August 2012, and our limo driver was amazing from the beginning of the day right through to the end. I had a full red carpet service and nonstop smiles and support. LOL the driver even kept me calm when I learned that my husband to be had forgotten the boutonnieres in the limo when he was to post to take them to the church. We did however have one incident where the driver had to stop suddenly because some moron cut us off on the road. The driver immediately asked if we were all OK and apologized on behalf of of the dumb ass driver that suddenly came into our lane . I would slash have recommended rides for brides too many of my bride to be friends and have received nothing but positive comments from them :-) Wonderful limo company for any bride to be :-)

as the owner of rides i would like to reply to the 5 reviews by the same person & her friends 1st our limo did over heat and we had a up graded suv limo @ the brides pick up location in 20 mins i myself came to the location leving my own 60 birthday party the brides party then took photos with this new limo 2nd we had offer a free late night pick up when i first spoke to the brides on the phone but the brides parents did not book one when they fill in the contract we have our copy onfile on the late night of the wedding i and 2 of our chauffurs with 3 of our limos where waiting @ the venue @ 12-30am @ the main door waiting for the other wedding we were servicing @ the same venue we left @ 1 40am @ 1 45 the groom phone to say where was his limo & that he had been waiting outside from 1am by the main door" i said that as i did not have tha contract with me but i was sure no late night pick up had been booked, i then told the groom that one of our limos had left from the venue and we could get back to pick him & his bride in 10 min to this he reply (not printable) i then ask him what he would like us to do reply (not printable)the next day i phone his number to let him know that a late pick up had not been booked but only got his voice mail. i than received a call from the bridesmother on the monday i told her that the limo had over heated but i consider 20min to get other upgraded limo to the location best we could do also what had happen early sunday with the groom i explained what could we do they did not book a late night pick up but we where happy to send a limo that would pick them up in 10 mins her reply was oh" he was drunk i have reply to the father of the bride but he will not coment on the fact that no late night had been booked as per the contract his remarks about customer service i had left my own 60 birthday party to go to brides location to talk to the bride making sure things were ok i was told by her yes thank you for taking the time to read this long reply thank you terry @ rides owner
