I don’t have a pleasant experience on my first visit. I felt embarrassed and humiliated.

I have been told I am just I am just getting old by my GP, but Dr Reeves went far beyond allergies. She took a real inerest in my symptoms and ordered numerous tests to find out what is wrong with me. Very thorough and interested in helping me. Big Thank you

I had waited a number of months for an appointment to be allergy tested. It was not something I requested but rather something suggested by my GP. Really wish I had not wasted my time. I tested negative for allergies and came away with no helpful insight nor relief from the symptoms that had brought me there in the first place. The staff in the clinic were friendly and polite. Dr. Reeves however was abrupt to the point of rudeness. She had an intern with her during my exam and directed the entire conversation to/at him while both asking and answering anything she asked me. I could have saved myself $10 and an hour and a half of my time by just going and talking to my local SaveOn pharmacist. I was asked if I wanted to have a skin patch test for contact allergies as I was leaving. Should I desire to have this test done I will ensure that I go to the other respiratory and allergy clinic. I have no need to see this physician again.

Dr. Reeves is an excellent doctor who goes out of her way to diagnose. She's extremely thorough. She's also very friendly! Definetly a people-person, which is nice to see in a doctor...especially a specialist. I reccomend her to all my friends and family!

My child had a skin test in this clinic everything went well at first. She asked me all the normal questions like family medical history and explain some treatment for my child if he will get seasonal cough as she says she can't classify as asthma yet.
But as soon as we went out to the patients waiting area and she saw my companion, and it happened to be that they know each other. Then, there bang... I was shock that I couldn't say anything..THIS DR. HUMILIATED ME AND EMBARASSED ME IN FRONT OF ALL THE PATIENTS. SAYING TO MY FRIEND " OH I HAVE TO TELL YOU SHE MIGHT DID'T UNDERSTAND WHAT I EXPLAINED HER. AND START ASKING WHAT MY HUSBANDS FAMILY HISTORY.
I WONDER IF SHE TREAT ALL HER PATIENTS LIKE A MORON OR ALL THE PEOPLE AROUND HER. I KNOW THAT THERE'S A LEGAL ISSUES BETWEEN DR.'S AND PATIENT CONFIDENTIALITY BUT THIS DR. DOESN'T PRACTICE THAT OBVIOUSLY, SO BEWARE SHE WILL HUMILIATE YOU IN FRONT OF OTHER PATIENTS...
I WROTE THIS CAUSE I AM HOPING THAT SHE WILL TREAT HER PATIENTS WITH RESPECT WHOEVER THEY ARE AND WHATEVER THEIR CAPABILITIES.....
