Highly recommend this company and this location in particular. We had not shopped for a new bed in many years, and the selection can be overwhelming. When we entered this store, we were greeted by a wonderful salesperson named Desiree. She spent an extraordinary amount of time getting to know us and our sleeping behaviors. She guided us to a couple of beds that she felt would be best suited to us. Never did she push us into a higher priced model, but focused on what would best suit our needs.

When it finally came to trying out the few selections, we attempted to settle in and imagine what the bed would feel like in our home. With Desiree's calm and soothing voice, with a lovely South African accent, we came as close as possible to falling into a peaceful slumber.

We finally selected what we thought would be the bed of our dreams. Unfortunately, we should have listened to Desiree and selected a lower framed bed. The 20ft. ceiling in the showroom makes all the beds appear to be of normal height. But when it arrives in your 8ft. ceiling bedroom, it's only then that you realize the bed stands half the height of your room, and you need a ladder to get up and down.

Not to worry... with the 60 day guarantee we sent that bed right back and received another (much lower frame) for a cost of only $35 for exchange fee. Who can compete with that?

Also, the company is so efficient with their warranty. We had purchased a bed for our son a few years ago (from the Eglinton location). The seam came apart and we contacted customer service. An inspector promptly came to our home and immediately recommended that we receive a replacement bed. I've been too busy of late to follow up. But not at their end. They've left me several messages which I failed to return. But they are persistent....they followed up with a postcard reminding me to contact customer service.

Can't say enough about this company....don't buy a mattress anywhere else!!!
