I have had a terrible experience with this company. I purchased a stroller 1 year ago and finally after months of waiting received it. I now have a warranty issue and can't get in touch with them. I have e-mailed...no response and the phone number is no longer in service but the website is still up! Do not buy anything from this company!!!!!
I ordered a diaper bag from this store as they had the best price for the one I wanted. I ordered it back in April and my order is still PENDING!!! I called and the number is disconnected, I put in a ticket, no response and I just emailed letting them know to let me know what the problem is. I am going to email them again to cancel my order as my credit card has not been charged yet either. I am glad these reviews are here, lesson seriously learned!
I've had two experiences with this company. One bad, one worse.
The first time I ordered a bassinet which they were advertising on sale. A few days after I placed my order, and had been charged on my credit card, I received an e-mail from Courtney, saying that they would have to check to see if they still had this item in stock and that they would get back to me the same day. Of course, I had to e-mail them back a few days later to check the status of my order, and I received an e-mail saying that the item was no longer in stock. They were, however, still selling the item online at the same advertised sale price. Who knows how many other customers were duped in the meantime.
My second experience was worse. I ordered a crib on April 9, but demanded to know that the item was in stock. It was. I received an e-mail saying that the item would ship the next day and I would receive a tracking number. On April 21 (!) I received an e-mail from Courtney saying that there was an 'error on the shipping label': the item had been shipped but returned to their warehouse due to the error. It would be shipped to me that same day, and I would receive it by Friday the 24th.
On April 27 (!) still no crib. I send an e-mail and leave a message on Courtney's cell phone. No response. On the 28th I send another e-mail and my husband leaves a message on her phone. No response. On the 29th I leave a message, my husband leaves a message. No response.
Today, April 30, my husband and I start to panic because we need this crib. My husband decides to research this company and finds these reviews, horrible reviews, and an article by CBC warning people not to shop at this store.
I decided to write Courtney a final e-mail canceling my order, and informing her that I would be contacting my credit card company for the charge that was made on April 10.
I FINALLY receive a response from Courtney, saying that she apologizes for the delays, gives me some excuses, and asks me if I'd like to proceed with my order.
Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I canceled my order and if I do not receive a refund by May 9 (30 days is the minimum a credit card company will allow a supplier to respond), I will immediately call my credit card company and have the charge removed.
Anyone else who purchased their items with their credit card can do the same thing.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! They are failing as a business, with good reason.

I bought a toddler bed for $400 over a month ago and it hasn't been delivered to me. No response to my phone calls (telephone number listed on website not in service anymore) and e-mails!!! Does anyone have any suggstions for what steps I can take to try and recover my money?!
If they do not respond to both email and phone, then I would recommend filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau. They already have a file with the BBB and have a rating of C-. Its easy to file claims and hopefully they will be able to help you either receive your paid for products or get your money back.

Waited for 14 months for an items paid up front. Had to call them every time I wanted to know what was the status of my order...
I placed an order and 10 days later I haven't heard any response from them. They have ignored my repeated emails and now cancelled my order but have not reimbursed my credit card. I am still confident that this will be resolved but will never order from them again.
I will never buy from this company again. It took 3 weeks and 15 emails to have my items which I paid for shipped to me. They sell good products, but I'd rather pay the duty and shipping to have these products shipped up from the states than deal with this company ever again.
