How many of you have wanted to go to a club that you heard was great but you worry about getting in or how long the line will be? Maybe you worry about how the music or the crowd will be? Admit it, Toronto has so many lounges and clubs that the club scene is constantly changing and it seems as if there's nothing but little children running around causing fights and getting drunk beyond their capacity!
Well, look no further because I have found the #1 HOTSPOT in TDOT that you are going to LOVE!!! This place has everything from a sexy MATURE beautiful crowd to bumping music from back in the day to everything you hear on the radio today! I celebrated my 25th birthday and I was taken care of like royalty. The owner knew I had reservations so he waited for me outside until I arrived and personally walked me and my guests in (no cover charge) seated me to our VIP booth, and where given a menu of the bottles that where available to us right away. All prices for drinks and bottles are very reasonably priced and a personal waitress had served us for the entire night!
This was a best kept secret but now ... I think everyone is gonna find out about this spot!
Designed by women with women in mind. Formally known as "Fabrique Lounge" this lounge has now been transformed into something more magical than ever expected. Even though it has been made for women there are loads of good looking men that float into the lounge. LIGHT seduces it's clients to enter though a stream of screens hugging the velvet covered staircase pulling you from street level towards the glow of the chandelier above seen even before entering the magnificent club.
The main bar stretches for more than half of the clubs depth and has a noticable contrast of black marble and glass mosaic tiles against the adjacent lush FULL-LENGTH white velevt drapes spanning the remaining walls. The repeating white wood slating above reinforces the clean architectural structure drawing guests deeper into the warmth of the LIGHT.
The change in elevation creates obvious areas of distinction. The front VIP section surrounds guests in veils of white, lit only by a single crystle chandelier hung directly above the two booths. The custom designed sleek furnishings perched atop a cream marble platform offers a view of the entore club while still maintaining privacy and exclusion.
Their vision and style creates a mood that carries patrons away from the urban dull into luxurious opulence!
As I said I celebrated my 25th Birthday there and had a wonderful time that I will remember for the rest of my life no doubt! The whole overall experience was so overwhelming that I will recommend this lounge to anyone with picky taste like mine! I called a month in advance and spoke to a polite man named Sam and everything he promised me he came through on. He promised me when I arrived my guests and myself would be walked into the club without cover and no lineup and we were. I paid for 2 bottles and the bill was very reasonable, in addition since it was Light Lounge's 1rst Anniversary I recieved a COMPLIMENTARY bottle of Bacardi White! 3 bottles for the price of 2!!! Can't go wrong!
Overall, I think anyone who loves to hear good music whether is be Dancehall to Dirty ChiTown House you will love this place. If your looking for a mature sophisticated crowd you have finally found it! Last but not least if your tired of the same old club scene and just want to kick back with friends in privacy this experience will be something that you will want to come back to over and over again!
When planning your next social event, gathering or private party be sure to call in advance about a month so they can plan everything out such as seating for your guests and guestlist etc. All of the information has been listed below so all you need to do is gather a few great friends, make the call and tell everyone to save the date and your gaureenteed to have a blast!
