Worst service ever at PetSmart. I paid $115 and it wasn’t worth a single penny. They charged us a de-matting fee, but I honestly don’t understand why—because they didn’t even de-mat our dog’s hair. Instead, they just chopped everything off. Chopping all the hair off does not count as a proper haircut. On top of that, we booked an appointment for 1:30 pm, and then they suddenly said there was a “conflict” and told us to come at 9:30 or 10 am instead. This is the second time this has happened. They clearly have no respect for customers’ time & schedules, and I’m beyond disappointed with the service.

I wanted to give a shout out to Aaron for the grooming service! ( I came in yesterday at 6 pm with pixie). He did a fantastic job! Her nails were cut really well, paw pads trimmed so neatly (I have gotten her nails cut and paw pads trimmed in other locations and he did it perfectly!). My pixie looks beautiful with her teddy bear cut. Sanitary trim, belly shave all that was done really well!

I did have an appointment booked at 6 pm on Monday first but they called me at 4 pm to let me know there is some conflict and they need me to reschedule or come in earlier. That was annoying as it was a last minute change. It's during working hours so wasn't able to come and I got rescheduled to Friday with Aaron instead. That turned out great so I'm happy now :) Thanks Aaron!

Amanda did an outstanding job at PetSmart Grooming! She gave my pet the luxury treatment and packed everything with great care. Truly impressed with the attention to detail and her professionalism. The grooming was done at 12 William Kitchen Road — highly recommend Amanda if you’re looking for top-notch service! Great work!

I purchased a set of shoes for my pet, but unfortunately, one out of the four shoes was the incorrect size. I bought a Large, but one shoe was mistakenly an XL.

My pet wore them once, and I immediately noticed the size issue. I returned to the store within an hour to request an exchange, but the staff informed me that they could not replace the product since it had already been worn—even though the error was on their part.

Very disappointed with the service. $32 wasted due to a simple mistake that could have been easily resolved with better customer support.

Pretty clean & organized location. It’s really spacious as well with great selection of inventory. It’s located in a plaza with a decent amount of food spots so it’s pretty convenient.

One of their staff members, Dave, is super friendly & helpful. They have fish and other small animals as well as cats for adoption at the shop. Checkout can be slow if it get busy since there’s usually just 1 cash open.

They also offer grooming, pet training services, etc. parking is also pretty easy as there’s a huge parking lot.
