Bad customer experience
They brought a sweet steak, which i returned (it took them fifteen minutes to tell me that they understood i didn't want steak, as my wife and i stood waiting). The table cloths looked old, run down, stained and faded. The cranberry juice was too sweet and according to my taste buds, artificially sweetened and watered down. We spoke with the manager who was very rude and arrogant, as she didn't listen to our complaints and dissatisfaction. The manager did absolutely nothing to turn dissatisfied customers into satisfied customers, because she wouldn't listen without speaking and trying to make it look like nothing happened. After speaking with the manager, my experience became detestable.

Worst Food By Far !!
Friday,July 17,2009.6PM Dropped into Spring Rolls on Front St for a snack. My wife's Hot & Sour soup and my Tom Yong soup were both way too spicy (hot) so that nothing else could be tasted..they seemed identical ! The Pad Thai was simply the worst tasteless mess of noodles I've ever had. Too bad ..they've totally gone downhill since I was there in the spring.

Spring Rolls On Eglinton
The restaurant has a great reputation and I have been pleased with their food before but Today, (Jan 042009) it was horrible, the worst and I mean the worst food I ever had, and pn the top of that I compliant with the waitress and she called the Manager Albin or smething and I told him that I was ready for the check I did not wanna discount or nothing all I wanted is to paid and lead and this was so rude to say that he tated the food an there is nothing worng with it, and he said I can give u a discount and I told him no need for a discount but dont lie.

Now this restarant is dead to me, the food is horrible overcooked and just terrible

if you ever go there make sure the food is fresh or complaint right away.

By the way there are so many great Thai places in Toronto that you wont miss this one.

My favourite downtown restaurant is Spring Rolls
Spring Rolls has an outstanding menu. The main feature is Thai food and they have many diffrent varieties of Pad Thai.
My favourite is the shrimpa and chicken House variety. The salmon is my husband's favourite. The spring rolls are superb and the Mango salad is out of this world. Service does tend to be slow but the servers are always cheerful and helpful. This restaurant is often crowded since the food is so wonderful. The downstairs section can be quieter and lends itself well to quiet conversation.

A Spring in my step
Good-bye Canadian wanna be Asian restaurants. Hello Spring Rolls. Finally a restaurant turned the authentic focus away from just the decor and included the food; and what a selection. I don't have to suffer same dish boredom, the prices are amazing considering the atmoshere and quality of the food and whether I'm staying in or taking out the service is great.

Forget the Wine
Sooo, I went for lunch with lutz.n49.ca and jennyk.n49.ca. We were looking for something good, and spring rolls was the first thing under good in my minds dictionary. As always my dictionary was without fault. The video should explain what I mean.

yes but then i cought up on that wine .. i wasn't gonna leave it unfinished like that .. what a sin! unforgivable one ;-) there is so much fine work behind each drop of wine, just out of respect to the winemakers i had to finish it off ...
