I had made a reservation, contract and all, with deposit received by the company when All Occasions Chic Decor Rentals informed me that they had mistakenly already rented the items I had booked to several other people! They said they had "forgotten" two separate bookings for the items for the one weekend. What a huge mistake! Especially since both were booked 4 months and 3 months in advance. Imagine what an upset this could have been!
I would not work with this company, very unreliable and unprofessional.
