We offer weekly classes, monthly seminars, courses and individualized therapies. At Pure Intent, the individual is empowered through education and participation to explore their unique life experience, and is given tools to gently and effectively adjust their personal experience, promoting and preserving health. We believe that life is a dynamic balance between the forces and interactions of the Body, the Mind and Nature. Pure Intent provides a safe, supportive, community centered environment, to assist people in the implementation and maintenance of healthy lifestyle choices. Small class sizes provide an opportunity for more intimate hands on and personalized experience.
