GEEK SQUAD

I had very bad experience with Geek Squad. Someone came to clean my computer because it got a spyware. Took the agent many hours to complete the removal. After about a week, my computer was infected again! This time, I google around, found www.ComputerSquad.ca - a young guy came in and fixed the problem in an hour. I'm quite satisfied with their services.

Bought equipment 11 Dec.,08 from Best Buy and picked it up 12 Dec., 08. Geek Squad was suppose to install it on 16 Dec., 08. No one arrived and when I called re; service I was told that the technician had decided the job was too big for the time allocated (set up home theatre). Rescheduled for 23 Dec., 08 and tech arrived only to say that he couldn't install TV over fire place, figure out some place else to install it. They could not return till 31 Dec., 08. I called Oakville Audio who arrived on the 29 Dec.,08 installed TV and set it up in 3 hrs.

Don't waste your time with the Geek Squad. They can't handle an type of install job that requires a little bit of thinking.
