Like the car, but the dealer that was servicing my Volvo in Newmarket I wouldn't let change my tires...
Oh wait, I did and it stranded my pregnant wife and 1 year old when they had a flat because the tow truck drive was un able to loosen the lugs. Then the dealer told me they have to over tighten them beyond the 100 foot lbs (that the Volvo spec say don't tighten past), because there is a problem with the lugs coming loose on Volvo's... Volvo denies this... who should I believe??? They then charge me for the tow to there shop to get the tires they over tightened off. Never again.
Based on my experience with Volvo Service in Newmarket and considering the next dealer is 100Km away, I will never buy another one, no matter how much I like the car. I only wish the dealer in Newmarket was listed so I could rate them and give you the whole story of my experiance.
Sales sells the first car, service sells the rest. Something Volvo needs to impress on their dealer network.
