Bought a "new" car, paid the freight, shipping ect.... It had been used on the lot as a test drive car ...or so they said. The paint started changing colors, when I brought it in they accused me of damaging it. I had to fight for days and hire a lawyer and OMVIC to represent me. Only after tons of effort did they "find" the order for a repaint job they had done on my vehicle. They refused to give me the work order for the vehicle. They want to charge me over $10,000 to get into another new vehicle. They refuse to reasonably negotiate and Honda Canada said there is nothing they could even do because it is a dealer issue, not their problem. If a registered Honda Dealer sells you a car that was damaged and then repainted as "new", Honda should stick up for their client. Very disapointing.
