Mom: I need you to drop off this form so I can get an emergency birth certificate (mom's are born too, weird)
Me: Sure, mom. Will do.

*Kat waits for 10 minutes in line, not too bad for a gov't office*

Me: Hi, I am dropping off these forms for my mom.
Man: Okay, let me look at this *stamp, chage order of forms, stamp stamp..stamp*
Man: Please proceed to section B, here is your number.
Me: (to self) Section B? WTF? Im just dropping off a form.

10 minutes later
Man 2: Number 319.
Me: Im dropping of these forms
Man 2: hmmm *shuffle, shuffle, reaarange* okay, well *stamp, stamp, stamp* Your all set.
Me: (in shock that this has now taken 35 minutes) Is there a Tim Horton's in the building?
Man 2: Yes, but you dont have security clearance.

True Story.
