I just changed all my insurance to TD...I called the number TD gave me and waited a good 10 minutes and hung up. I then called the number I got from Kinetex and got right through in a matter of seconds and was talking to a guy named Ken. He was more than helpful and spent like almost 2 hours on the phone. I purchased Home insurance for both my personal home and my rental, my motorcycle (Half what I was paying) and both of my cars. Savings was enormous just hoping that when I need them they will be just as friendly. I was with Royal Insurance and it was bad from the beginning and got worse from there...needed them for both an accident and for my rental home and gave me less than stellar customer service. What good is insurance you pay for if it doesn't protect you when you need it?
The customer service is horrendous. When you are most vulnerable making a claim, you get total runaround and extremely rude service. Wait time is long only to be misdirected over and over. Forget trying to voice your concerns to anyone. You cannot talk to anyone with any kind of authority. It's unbelievable that I have been a customer for over 20 years to be treated like I am inconveniencing them. Am looking for good customer service because when you actually need to make a claim is when you need them to listen and stand by you.
