BelairDirect has two divisons, Home and Auto Insurance under Intact Insurance. I would not recommend Belairdirect or intact for Home Insurance for many reasons such as; poor customer service, poor communication, and lack of respect for loyal policy holder after submitting a claim. Very difficult to get a straight forward, timely response, and very rude when you ask questions.

Appear to have high pressureed call center claim representatives, who work to achieve sales quotas rather than handle claims.

I'm not sure if any full gaents or management, and claims seem to handled by other adjusters from under the Intact umbrella, sobe preapared for a right to speddy claim.
