This company I-WEB is funny, when you call their 1-888-909-4932 as a Canadian company you expect to get a choice to choose between English and French, with them you will here a choice between Spanish and English (they operate in Montreal not Los Angeles).
Now if you are lucky to find any of their employees at his disk prepare yourself for a hard time understanding the poor English spoken by their rep, if you do not find him you will hear a greeting in French, igonre it just wait for the beep and leave your message (most likely nobody will get back to you)
What is also funny about Iweb that their employee lye, they use a strategy that is heavily used in the third world, when anything doenst go the way they want they start tell lies in order to finish the call, after that they stop answering your calls.
I have a lot to say about Iweb, will stop it here for now.

Several times in the months preceding this incident, I sent several service tickets and customer support for problems that were presented in my administration panel, an SQL error was present, in the words of technicians there was no cause for alarm, no problem, it was normal, with hindsight, I doubt that technicians are familiar with this error code and the source of the problem.
