On their website, there's an appointment request form that says if you request an appointment, someone will get back to you in 24-48 hours. That never happens. Also, when I went there, they didn't seem to be that busy to the point where they can't answer the requests if only to say "sorry, we're too busy, go elsewhere". I wish I knew where to file a complaint against them.

Got an apt within a few days.....no complaints

Clark has been doing my rutine mammography for more than 10 years.

A BIG breast tumor was detected manually that Clark NEVER REPORTED even though they have been doing my mammos , for more than ten years.

The Cancer Dr. said the tumor has been developing for long time...
It could have been controlled and erradicated if reported years earlier.

for gods sake cant you get your secretary who answers when i call 738 1164 and tells me to call back later to offer the option of leaving a message?

I agree 100% with the previous review ... All the receptionists seem to feel that they are far more important than any one of us existing or would be patients. Their air of (undeserving) self righteousness and holier than thou attitude is totally off putting and downright rude!
My only solace is in knowing that what comes around, goes around and they will get their just desserts.
By the way, the #2 option still doesn't work ...
A very disappointed patient.

I am working person and wanted to take an appointment for an x rays exam on Saturday. I call to the clinic dialling 514 738 1164 all morning on Saturday, October 26. The option that I had to choose according to the automatic voice messenger was 2. I tried all the morning but this option does not transfer me to any lines. Instead i tried option 3. When lady heard that i want to take an appointment she hang up on me. I call for the second time and ask why she hang up on me if the option 2 is not working what shall i do? She said that i have to call back on work days since reception people are not there to take calls. I said then why you did not said that for the first time or maybe advise by automatic messenger and she again hung up on me. Then I call for the third time and inform her that I will put very " nice" reference about the level of the service of receptionist in internet. I assume that it could be many people as me trying to take an appointment but resulting in nothing than rudy hung up!!!! i advise the clinic Clarke management to address this issue. Does not matter how good equipment is in the clinic or if they have the best doctors - the first service that we get in the clinic unfortunately is from receptionists and that leave us very disappointing if it is bad.
