Blondie technician should be fired. No people skills, no human skills -- not fit for dealing with the public. Turned my 82 year old father away for being 10mins late (we went to the Burnhamthorpe Dixie Xray first, by mistake) She said she is tired and wants to go home. Despicable behaviour. Who's the owner? Where do you report this kind of neglect for patients?
I wish clinic owners would pay more attention to who they hire in their clinics to deal with patients
Front desk is extremely rude and should learn to be more courteous.
