Called for an unlock, was told 30min "or less". Well, 35min later I called again and was told "10min or less". 15 minutes later they finally showed up. Stood outside waiting for 50 minutes for a 1 minute job while the temperature was minus 30C. Driver was good, but the dispatch service doesn't have a clue.
