john Told me he had no time to get a part he had that I wanted. He was not busy. Said to call back next day to see if he had time. As he just stood there smiling. Awful service. Spoke to me like a total ignorant know it all.. his business model is ... THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS WRONG
