When it comes to selling dresses, they will be at their knees trying to find the right dress and helping you, but once you need alterations, they are the most unprofessional people I have ever delt with. We recently purchased a dress for my graduation that had to be cut shorter. When the seamstress cut the dress, the bottom was jagged and the lining was uneven, and it looked like a 4-year-old took scissors tried to cut in a straight line. My mom had told this to the manager and she said to come back the next day to pick up the dress and that the seamstress would be there. We came back, the seamstress was not there, and the lining of the dress was still uneven and it was noticeable. We asked the girl that was working there to give us a discount. She went to the cash register and was attempting to try to work slower with another customer. My mom had made a remark that she was doing this on purpose and the girl started raising her voice saying that this is business, my mom asked how much longer we would have to wait, she said that being with customers takes time blah blah blah. I couldn't take her attitude anymore so I said that we have been waiting for the dress to be perfect for me to wear for about a month, she started yelling at me (mind you I am only 13). My mom had asked for them to give back the $45 because it really wasn't worth it, I could've asked a 4 year old to cut it and they would have done a better job. The manager wasn't at the store at the time, so she asked the girl that was working there to call her, she refused a few times, but then she did. In the end we got our money back. I suggest you NEVER get alterations done there, might as well ask a young child to alter your dress instead of the "seamstress." Now I know why it says no refunds.
