Unbelievable professional misconduct. This man lied, in emails and legal documents, about facts and activities that did not happen. He attempted to sabotage the situation, as well as other professionals reputations involved. Absolutely disgusting that this lawyer is still practicing.
This lawyer has no honest business ethics. He deliberately manipulates the court system and uses his expertise to deceive and defraud his clients of their home equity, with the sole objective to drag everything out, enhance his income, and deceiving his clients until they have no more money...then offers to purchase their home with his "consortium" of people at a bottom price. A complete con artist with no conscience.
