Canadian Comfort

I had all my windows and doors installed by Canadian comfort and the whole process was great from start to finish! I had never felt pressured at all and I would highly recommend Canadian comfort to others. A++++

The salesman has been pushy since our first conversation, 'we have no time to waste, we are looking at end of Nov/December for installation'. He didn't listen to anything I said, I tell him I'm part of a condo and we have specific rules for windows, he asks me if parking is far from the house. I say he can come if it's after 4pm, he calls to tell me 'good news, my other call didn't confirm so I can be there 1:30.2' I said I won't be home until after 4, 'oh I thought you said before 4'. This guy hears only what he wants. I am so turned off, I have postponed my quote appointment because I KNOW this guy wants me to sign things when he shows up. I am so annoyed.

Avoid this company. The product is good but if you, for some reason have a misunderstanding with anyone at the counter or with the owner, you will regret it. During a very simple, small, routine order, the counter person flipped out when getting details about the order and said: "We don't need you as a customer. This is a private business and if we don't want to, we don't need to do business with undesirables. Now get out of my store."

It is hard to believe that this is what he said. The owner was even more unreasonable. A thug and a bully.

I'm sure that if everything goes well with your order, you will be satisfied ... but hope and pray that NOTHING GOES WRONG ... you will regret ever deciding to choose this company. There are many window and siding companies in Ottawa. Make the right choice and choose someone else.

Unless you are a volume contractor for cheap vinyl siding and doors, pass this one by - rude counter staff, just throw you a manufacturer catalog and tell you to pick one. Not helpful at all.
