It is with regret that I write this commentary as the initial experience of the estimate and installation were all fine. My issue has been a lack of service, despite phone calls to & a visit from the service rep/installer Garry Bryck and a visit to the manufacturer's Winnipeg location, as I have had no response/follow through for a simple warranty servicing need of replacement of a broken latch on a horizontal slider.
