Nap Windows & Doors

N.A.P windows products were completely faulty, and when it came to issuing replacements for them the lied and tried to convince me that I had to pay for replacement windows. All of my windows from N.A.P were faulty. All of the seals between the panes of glass drooped into the window. I filed a warranty claim. They accepted it but said I ahad to pay 175.00 per window for crating and shipping. That is for 24 seales units (glass only). I could fit them all into my car!!! I could actually go buy some of these windows with frame new from a retailer for what they wanted to charge me for crating and shipping. This was such a scam. They said I had to pay this rediculous money despite the windows being under warranty. They were obviously still trying to make money off me through the warranty. I bought theses windows because of the quality they stated they were (they all failed), and because of the customer service and wonderful warranty they have , which was a complete lie. Only after is got legal advice, and then quoted to them to provide me in writting why they think they should be allowed to breach the contract did they immedietely decide to ship me the windows free of cost. Exactly like they were suppose to. The company was dishonest and deceitful from the beginning. I wonder how many people they have deceitfully lied to and had the customer make believe they had to pay for the replacement windows.
