David showed up when he said he would, did the work he promised for the price he had quoted (in spite of it taking much longer than he had originally thought). The windows are cleaner than they've been in years thanks to his completely removing the gray film behind the screens that my last cleaner told me would never come off. He not only cleaned the eavestroughs, but flushed them as well as hammering in the few spikes that were sticking out. He also pointed out some minor things that he thought I might want to look into (and since these were things he doesn't do himself, he wasn't just fishing for more work).
I won't hesitate to call him back again next year.
