Our building has overpaid this company for 2 years because the cleaners don't clean the dust, don't wash floors with a mop and vacuum only what they see and bypass the rest. They walk around on their cell phones and have headphones on. They don't look and don't care......we have to get rid of them and get a real cleaning service
