Not stocked well. Customer reps have no authority and have to call the manager for permission to issue a credit. No refunds, credit only good at that location. We bought a gift for Christmas and it was the wrong item, had to wait until the New Year to try to exchange it and they were out of stock. Staff did not know when new stock would be arriving. Not a good experience. We stood at the desk for almost 5 minutes before we were greeted. 3 staff on duty and no other customers at the time. Once the store credit is used I will not shop there again.
