IT IS TRUE THE DIET WORKS IF YOU STICK TO IT 100%. BUT UNFORTUNATELY, THE MINUTE YOU ARE OFF ALL THE WEIGHT COMES RIGHT BACK ON AND MORE. IT IS VERY FRUSTRATING. YOU CANNOT EAT REGULAR FOOD.

If you are willing to eat healthy food and NOTHING else during the diet, the Dr. Bernstein diet really works. If you cheat and order take-out, or drive-thru it won't work! If you are serious, DO IT!!!
Yes this will work with the type of diet they give you.But it will never last as this is not a lifestyle you can Maitain.
