I am having an issue.
After being laidoff for my job..
I knew i didnt have enough money. was working 2 jobs to try to adjust. Still didnt have time to go to goodlife. even though i paid them for six months without using any club.
I went in to try and cancel. Didnt have 99$
Honestly. Was a horrible mistake.
Going to work out with their club.

This so Far still isnt my problem with them. All was to be expected.
So after I put my Account on Hold. in order to postpone my payments for 6 months. I was informed. that i would have to pay one more payment for the next week. because it was already halfway through the bi-weekly scheduled payment. I agreed.
Had to pay the 40$ NSF fee for bank.

Last week. (One week after last payment for hold) I was charged 4 times from Goodlife. My acount was already In the negative balance.
Then I was charged 180$ NSF Charges from my bank for the 4 seperate charges from Goodlife.. I was broke before putting my account on hold. Now i Have been On the Phone one hour so far trying to complain about this. GoodLifeRox. Please dont comment On this, Im a Journalist Waiting For a story, Quit Trying to fix every negative comment Posted about goodlife. People are here for the truth.

Goodlife has the worst customer service. They frequently make mistakes charging your account and then it’s impossible to get it sorted out. Their customer service skills are non-existent. Unless you are OK occasionally overpaying for membership and dealing with incompetent people, stay away from Goodlife.

If you have issues with your billing then it really shouldn't be that difficult to get it sorted out. You have your copy of your agreement and you have your bank statements showing the amount being taken. Bring both these items into your club, they will take photo copies, and if a refund is required, they will do a request that will take 4-6 weeks to be sent to you in the form of a check. If you can't get help from the associates in the club, which you should be able to, then you can always call their head office at 1-800-387-2524 and they will help you sort out your issues. They will more than likely require you to fax them your documentation, but they will get it sorted out.
Unlike some other fitness companies, GoodLife is not the kind of company that likes to take more money from their members than they are supposed to! That being said, mistakes can be made, people are only human! It is unfortunate that you were one of the few unlucky people to be on the mistakes are made side of it.
