Jenny Craig Weight Loss Ctr

I was a bit reluctant at first but after a suprise 'weigh in' at my doctors office in Dec. '08 at 305 lbs, I decided to give Jenny a try. The results are great ! For about the same price as my weekly food shopping was costing me, not including my binges, I got on the Jenny Craig program. Now, in July '09, I have lost 33 lbs, have regulated and controlled my eating habits, lowered my cholesterol to more manageable levels, not to mention reduced my waist about 4 inches! I am working out either on progressive weight machines or aerobic equipment, 3 times a week, and the weight loss is continuing!, albeit at a bit slower pace than I started off at, but the weight is continuing to drop!
