Staff are nice and location is good, but there is a very high turnover of staff at this location and food is expensive compared with other similar type of weight loss program or even just buying your own. The food tastes pretty good, but the selection is rather limited especially when you are on the program for several months. You may find yourself getting bored of the food and surrender to temptation. It did help me loose weight as long as you stick with their plan and exercise which is the fundamental of losing weight, eating right and exercising. Membership fee is rather expensive several hundred, but the renewal fee every year for now is about $47 Cdn.
